Residencies
- We are completely impressed by Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana. The Residency was a great experience for the kids and something they will remember their whole lives. You guys made everything run so smoothly that it made the 5 weeks and the final show a really positive experience for all of us. I learned a lot myself, and I am thinking of taking a flamenco class this summer!

Flamenco provides a spirited learning context in which our Teaching Artists partner with classroom Teachers and their students for long-term programs. Together, they explore the arts and develop academically through Project Olé Residencies.
Each facet of our Residencies presents students with the challenge of exploring their personal values and expanding cultural awareness by becoming more familiar with Spanish and Hispanic culture.
Residencies also teach students dance technique. Our students discover pride and confidence, as they learn intricate dance steps, musicality and develop kinesthetic awareness.

Workshops
Norman Thomas High students, New York
An alternative to long-term Residencies, short workshops are an opportunity for students to experience flamenco dancing hands on. Workshops are the perfect companion to a School Performance. Students will learn the basics of flamenco movement and a short dance. Workshops are adaptable in length depending on the needs of your school.
