Studio Rental

Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana has successfully opened our Center for Flamenco Arts. Dedicated to the memory of co-founder Roberto 'Boby' Lorca, these are the first studios in New York City built for flamencos by flamencos.

The studio is located at:
4 West 43rd Street, 8th floor - Studio A & B
(Between 5th and 6th Avenues)

Studio Rates
Peak hours:        (after 5pm M-F & all day Sat): $30/hr
Off-peak hours:   (before 5pm M-F): $15/hr
                         (all day Sun): $20/hr

The studios are available for rent to flamenco artists as well as other dancers, theater and music groups for both classes and rehearsals. Images shown here, they have sprung wood floors and mirrors, and measure 38’ wide by 16’ deep.

Centrally located in Midtown Manhattan the space has easy access to all subway, LIRR and Metro-North train lines.
