Leslie Malmed, Executive Director, joined the Company in 2008. She comes to Flamenco Vivo from World Music Institute where for over nine years she handled all administrative aspects from box office, membership and tech to touring, arts education and booking. Ms. Malmed has independently collaborated on projects for National Geographic, The Edison Music Group and the World Foundation for Music and Healing. She is a graduate of NYU's Gallatin School, a council chair on the Dance USA Board of Directors and the co-founder Mamadêlê Productions.

Antonio Hidalgo, Associate Artistic Director of Tours, will be working with Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana as both a guest performer and choreographer and will assist with the direction of the Company in all aspects of touring. Mr. Hidalgo has been a guest choreographer and principal dancer with Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana since 1997, performing on national tours and in the yearly season at the Joyce Theater in NYC. Deborah Danziger, Director of Arts Education, joined the Company in 2007. She coordinates, manages and markets Project Olé programs. Ms. Danziger is also a working artist with an MFA in Painting from New York Academy of Art.

Arielle Danziger, Company Manager, deals with day to day operations of the company including performance coordination, contracts, New York dance class and studio management, and office administration.  She recently graduated from Vassar College with a major in Sociology and minor in Hispanic Studies and was the Artistic and Administrative Director of FlyPeople, Vassar’s student dance group.  Arielle can also be found teaching fitness Hip Hop classes.
